Any order that is cancelled five
days or less, prior to an event that has been confirmed will
be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Any orders that may have
required pre-payment for special orders will be refunded 25%
of the costs of the event pre-paid if cancelled five days or
less prior to the event.
